Could be the direction of the hair or that you are more familiar with her face or it could be anything .I've been staring at both of them 5min the way I see her in my head moving ,its nothing compared to Tyra.B. Anyway this image took you there ,that means , I have to work more on my creatures to the point of being self/unique.
Hmmm...I guess it's just me then, but I'm sure I saw some of Tyra in there. The hair and the power in her eyes are for sure the features that remind me of Tyra. Your creature has also got a strong bone structure that seems very Tyra-esque to me.
Why don't you just say what you have in mind. If you are sure that I painted her using Tyra Banks/The photographer's img as a reference, feel free to believe it I don't really mind.T.Banks doesn't interest me as a persona or see her as a raw model I know that she exists but I don't give a damn about her. Even if I found this pic online I wouldn't get my self in the mess of Digital painting I would've manipulated her and give credit to the photographer , I would made my life much easier finishing the piece in matter of hours instead of days. The Last Stand was made in the memory of a very young family member that left painfully she is the transition and some Tyra whatever fantasy.
Now hold it. You're insinuating that I think you just took a picture of tyra and made her and alien and put no effort into this whatsoever. That's not the case at all, so there's no sense in getting bent out of shape. I was just noting similarities between your drawing and the picture I showed you. That's all. There's no need to get mad at me.
